Here on B Times we like to update you on all the action within the vineyards of our producers. So with the 2012 vintage in full swing down under, we’ve just received a few videos shot in the sunny Barossa from Toby Barlow, Senior Winemaker at St Hallett.
One of the Barossa’s leading wineries, the team produces some of Australia’s finest Shiraz. Selecting fruit from various vineyards around the region, the winery can source fruit from a whole host of terroirs, creating many exciting characteristics to great wines such as Blackwell Shiraz, Old Block, Garden of Eden and Gamekeeper’s Reserve.
We will continue our vintage updates over the coming months, but first up check out Toby talking through the 2012 vintage and this year’s fruit quality earlier in the month.
